All commissions must be paid upfront with either Paypal or Ko-Fi. Commissions may be paid in part YCH must be fully paid upfront.

I can post a commission on my social media with a watermark, but you can pay additional fees and it won't be published anywhere

You may post the commission on your social media with credit to me as the artist.

if the character does not have a reference, I can work according to the description,but if it's not clear and requires design work on my end, additional payment is required

I have the right to turn down any commission for any reason.

I will try to explain the reasoning if applicable.

I allow partial payments for commissions other than "B/W Sketch" commissions, you will receive the amount of work you have paid for before further payment.

If you change your mind and cannot pay further, I only ask the base price for what has been completed is fulfilled.

I will update you on the commission process as a standard.

Before final colour/render stages you may request minor changes.

If you request a major change late in the process this may incur additional charges.

As commissioner you may decide if the commission is:

-posted publicly,

-posted publicly with anonymous commissioner credit,

-or kept private for an additional fee

I have the right to use your YCH/Commission in my examples of artwork for other YCH/Commissions.

I tend to update commissioners during the process, if you have a Bsky or email, please send me it so I can contact you there so I can send the progress updates.

If you don't want to be updated during the process please state so, but be aware that alterations of the final product may incur additional costs.
